The series follows the lives of the infamous members of the Black Mafia Family, an American criminal organization involved in drug trafficking and money laundering. Big Meech and his brother Terry Flenory are the group’s protagonists.
This week, an unfounded internet rumor spread like wildfire claiming actor Lil Meech’s mother is fellow Hollywood star, Tasha Smith.
Who Is Lil Meech?
An American actor and rapper, Demetrius Flenory Jr. (or “Lil Meech”) is the son of Black Mafia Family (BMF) founder Demetrius Edward Flenory (or “Big Meech”).
The 21-year-old Michigan native plays his father in 50 Cent’s sitcom BFM and is also in production for a role on the upcoming HBO drama series Euphoria.
Since he was five years old, Big Meech has been locked up at the California Federal Penitentiary. The 53-year-old male is currently imprisoned for drug trafficking and will be released in 2034.
Fake Rumour Says His Mom Tasha Smith
This week, speculation began that Lil Meech’s mom is none other than Tasha Smith, an actress.
Tasha is an American actress, director, and producer who got her start in the spotlight as the lead in the NBC sitcom Boston Common.
The 50-year-old actor’s filmography also includes roles in The Whole Ten Yards (2004), Daddy’s Little Girls (2007), and Why Did I Get Married? (2007), and the Fox series Empire (2015).
Many people appear to have been taken in by the Twitter hoax claiming Tasha is the mother of Lil Meech.
According to one commenter, “the idea that Tasha Smith is Lil Meech mama is weird asf.”
“Y’all love to make tall tales, but tell me if Tasha Smith isn’t Lil Meech’s true mom.” another participant in the conversation added.
The only connection Tasha Smith has to Lil Meech is that she is the director of 50 Cent’s BMF.
His Real Mother Is Latarra Eutsey
Latarra Eutsey is Lil Meech’s biological mother.
Very little is known about her, except that she has worked as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines for nearly three decades.
The Focus discovered an inactive Twitter account in her name, where it was revealed that she once worked in the real estate industry.
She recently posted a snapshot of her visit to her kid on the BMF set with the message, “Enjoying BMF set life with my #1 star on his BDAY!” Absolutely nothing could be better than this.
